The Bible lessons (PDF's) won't load. After clicking on the lesson, a blank page says Internet Explorer has stopped working or it just won't load at all.
 

What this sounds like is your Internet Explorer is having difficulties with PDF's, which actually is normal for IE. What we suggest is re-installing IE or trying a different browser such as Mozilla Firefox or Google Chrome.

You can also try downloading the studies first. RIGHT-CLICK on the PDF icon of the study you want to download then, depending on your computer you will have a few options on what to do. What you are looking for is the option to "SAVE AS" or "SAVE TARGET AS" or "DOWNLOAD LINKED FILE AS." Basically all you are looking for is the option to download the file to your computer. Once you do that then you can easily print from there.
