Coloring Pictures:
Through a series of God-ordained events we were able to meet with Sergio Cariello, an award-winning artist whose many works include "The Action Bible" (www.theactionbible.com). After discussing the plans for "The Revision Project" he was excited to be a part of this work. Watch the video below for a little information about Sergio Cariello.

Our goal for the new coloring pictures is that they would effectively communicate the Bible story. There has been a tendency to simplify coloring pictures to allow for a child to color within the lines. It has been said that "a picture is worth a thousand words," therefore, a more detailed coloring picture will enable the child to have a better understanding of the Bible story. This is more important than "coloring within the lines."

Our vision is that the coloring pictures would show action, emotion, and detail to help the child have a fuller understanding of the Bible story being taught. Sergio Cariello has the gifting and ability to make this happen. Therefore, we are excited to have been able to commission him for this project. His work demonstrates how the Lord has truly gifted him in creating these real-to-life and action-packed illustrations.

Activity Pages:
The activity pages have been updated with a greater variety of uniqueness and fun with mazes and word searches that the children will enjoy. The style & layout for each of the Bible study's activity pages will change from study to study. For an example, see the English and Spanish examples below.

Worksheets:
The worksheets will also have a new design while still keeping to the central focus of simply teaching the Word of God. Timeline:
The curriculum revision will be released in phases. The FIRST phase that has been released is...

Matthew, Mark, Luke, & John (The Life of Jesus)

There are 95 Bible studies in this particular phase with 6 additional condensed studies for Christmas & Easter.

Believing that the Lord desires the children to be blessed, we have stepped out in faith knowing that He can provide the necessary finances for this project. We serve a God for which nothing is impossible. We look forward to watching Him work.

As the finances come in, this will allow for more coloring pictures to be created. When we have the allotted number of coloring pictures complete for that particular phase, we will then release it on the website.

Our continued vision and desire is that, even with the cost of the illustrations, we will NOT charge for the curriculum. The curriculum that is found on CalvaryCurriculum.com will remain totally FREE to use. That will not change!
